SHIPPING

Discount Fireplaces.com ships across North America for product deliveries.

You the customer is required to go and pick up the item at the nearest shipping terminal.

this will give you location, Phone # and Fax #  if applicable.

If you would like residential delivery, you will have to make your own arrangements by calling the shipping terminal. The shipping companies have lift gates available but there will be an additional charge to use them, be sure to get an exact shipping quote, for that service. You will be responsible for this cost and will be required to pay this direct to the residential shipping company. ( approximate cost $ 75.00 ).

Product deliveries are normally delivered in 7 to 10 business days after product leaves our warehouse.

                                IMPORTANT INFORMATION

                   REGARDING THE RETURN of PRODUCTS

In certain cases, we will accept product for return if they meet the following criteria

  1. Must be within 15 days of the date we shipped the product.
  2. Product must be in original unopened factory carton.
  3. No products that have been installed will be accepted.
  4. You are responsible for the freight and duty both ways.
  5. You must contact us to get authorization and arrange the return.
  6. A 25% restock charge will be assessed on all return products.

                                      TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE

We will always be glad to offer assistance to you, should the need arise. Simply call us during our normal hours of operation and a 'tech' will be glad to speak to you.

If you have a difficulty with your stove, please call our phone number and have the following information available for our technician:

  1. Serial number and date purchased
  2. Make and model
  3. Type of fuel
  4. Venting scenario
  5. Problematic condition and who diagnosed such condition
  6. Was unit professionally installed?

We will try to help you correct your problem to the best of our ability, but we can only make recommendations based upon the information you provide. So please be as concise and accurate as possible.

                                           LIABILTIES

Since we are not the manufacturer of any of the products we sell, Discount Fireplaces.com assumes no liability arising from the use, or mis-operation of any products purchased from us and at no time shall we be responsible for any amount greater than the purchase price of said products at any time.

NOTE: Since we are always improving our offerings and product availability, we reserve the right to change pricing, products and specifications without notice. If any order is due to ship, we will notify you (the consumer) of any backorder, or deletion of product from the line and offer, at your discretion another product of equal value.

We will not be responsible for any damages due to shipping delays, product availability, acts of god or any other direct or associated losses caused.
